Hello , dear friends from my favorite forum :Smile

I have a question for you , because I can't find a decent answer from the past threads so I decidet to post new.

Can you help me with the choise  of  the diff for my projects.

W124 Superturbo - One with 606  , and one with 605.  Both with 722.6 gearboxes

W124 with OM104 turbo

My biggest desire is for some LSD  diff , but I don't have so much resources for very expensive purchases .
What I can buy ready or  from what i can be manufactured  to have decent diff  for my projects :Smile

Thank you very much !!!

Do you prefer a higher top end or faster acceleration? Good middle of the road could be a 3.23 from a 16v, had LSD. I'm wanting for my w123 a 2.65 LSD like greazzer.

W124 has limited slip differential like W201 16V. They call it ASD.  Internally these differentials are basically the same.
ASD is LSD but with hydraulic pressure added.

You can convert ASD to LSD any time.

Yes the 16v 3.23 is rare but I THINK it also came in the 2.6 sportline engines. Also someone designed a Wavetrac upgrade diff for the 16v, so new and improved is an option. Need to go to the Rev for more info on the Wavetrac.
