yeah tuning seems to be a issue in NA...I've been dealing with local tuners for the past year or so trying to get my OM647 setup right and finally got somebody that feels comfortable working on it...
as for the original question - my plan is to do everything I can to max the stock injectors as sourcing the AMG units out here will be super expensive...that includes a 4bar map, om648 turbo (remember I`m working with a 647 so this is an upgrade from GT20 to GT23), stage 1 tune for that, and finally a Holset WG converted setup...I`ll probably stop when I run out of fuel - haven't seen anybody offer injector upgrades so far...

I speaking of new original Bosch injectors that is way faster, give a lot more flow and take way higher injections pressure so atomisation i much better. I got the map for them but I need to control the injection angel and mechanically fitment now. electrical socket connection is not the same but these is of solenoid typ not pizo. I bought some so they where not ridiculous expensive.
if I do not remember wrong they gives about 93mm3 at 690micro secunds at 1800 bar, amg injector 0445110152 give 89,4mm3 at 1200micro secunds and 1350bar. 2200 bar is safe, but I want to go up to 2500-2700 rail pressure
I have an engine to modify as well and have most of the hard ware now
will right more about them when I have come to test more.
Jerry @ Eurocharged in Texas has been working with me. I have a 2014 ML350. I think we have finally got the tune down pretty well. I have had to send it back 3 times but last time seems to be really good. I am also running a hybrid billet ball bearing GT2363VKLR. Avd Turbo helped me build that.

you may call it bullshit, I want a engine that is working very clean. If you do not know what pressure do on the combustion efficiency please look it up and there is some report about it, it is not that hard to find...
the specification on that injector I speak about is way better then old amg ones but If you want to live in believing this fine by me, I will not... This is standard bosch injector that has not been played around with by somebody...
Why dont you give us a BOSCH number of this mythical "2200Bar is safe" selenoid injector?
