I know on the turbo motors the valves are different from the N/A. But what other things are different just on the bare head?

Is it possible to use a N/A bare cylinder head on a turbo motor?

Anybody done a side by side comparison?

Gota love Mercedes Diesels!

The casting is the same. The cam, exhaust valves and tappets are different. The prechambers and glowplugs depend on the years.

Prechamber diameter is different
It will fit, but you'll loose some horses. Bad idea.
