I believe they're for sale on ebay. I've included a link to a picture of a piece of the injection pump parts diagram with the DV. I think what you're looking for is part #8 (1 418 502 210), described as "delivery-valve assembly".
#9 (1 410 105 021)
#10 (1 414 611 024)
#11 (1 413 373 024) - DV holder
#12 (1 460 210 321)

Thanks! Can you see in catalog part numbers for pump element lift rollers as well? Those may be with different outer sizes as used for phasing of elements,,,,

I looked up the PNs for the OM605.912 (PES5M55C320RS202) and OM606.912 (PES6M55C320RS204), and they share the same 25 roller sizes. Looking at the part/prod use, a ton of 4, 5, and 6 element flange-mounted M-pumps use these same tappets. All the pumps that share these rollers have "C320" in the name, but not all pumps with "C320" in the name share these rollers, some are 3 cylinder.

Like the shims on the MW-pump? I know there are two styles, split shims that can be inserted without removing the barrel, and one-piece shims, that require barrel removal. I have the PNs for the thicknesses of those too. I wonder if there are complications will the barrel fill port lining up when shimming, as the M-pumps weren't shimmed stock.

Luke does the phasing on the 606 super pump in his video, might be wise to give him a shout.
