There's probably at least a dozen different engines you could be asking about, I don't have any for sale but you'd need to be more specific
Your best bet is to make one as most of the factory ones are a bent hard metal line. That way you can use whatever turbo and manifold and it will fit. Just buy a flexible -3AN turbo feed kit around 2-3' in length and buy the correct -3AN to metric thread adpater to fit the block. Let me check my purchase history and I can tell you the size here shortly.... something like M16x1.5 for the block side but don't hold me to that just yet!
Ok, yes the engine block is a M16X1.5 but I remember now the difficulty is sealing the fitting to the block because the factory hardline is a 10MM bubble flare kind of like a brake-line. The fitting I found on amazon awhile back is pretty similar to this

The trick is sealing the shoulder of that fitting to the block; since the factory line seals inside the block via the bubble flare line, the outside of the block is exposed to the elements and rusty. I cleaned up the oil feed boss with some sandpaper and used a crush washer/sealing ring. I added a touch of RTV silicone to be extra sure the rough surface would seal. After that, you can use any -3AN or -4AN generic flexible turbo oil line feed kits. For the drain you can just chop the factory tube in half and use flexible oil rated hose thats 3/4" diameter.
EDIT: I found the same fitting but in steel... a little more expensive but way more sturdy so you can really wrench down on the fitting to make the sealing ring crush down. I was really careful with my aluminum one and cheated with some teflon tape and RTV. Still holding to this day but this fitting looks way nicer.
