Hay guys any thoughts on adding a VNT/VGT turbo on my car? like what would it involve? would it be worth it? and how much more power could i get out of my car?

It will make the same power as any other turbo of a similar size, just sooner in the RPM range.

The biggest issue in your car is clearance; installing any custom turbo in a W201 will be a tight fit, especially if you need to use an adapter plate. Making a tube that rotates the mounting point up 90* will make a lot more room to work with.

You'll need to make adapters for everything- exhaust manifold, exhaust system, intake, compressor outlet, oil supply, oil draining and control of the vanes. There is nothing known that will bolt-in.

If you search, there are threads on many different control and mounting methods.

This is what I am going through adapting the stock parts to a custom setup basically. Everything basically has to be altered not a problem because when I do it. It tends to be better then stock in my opinion.
