03-20-2009, 08:05 AM #1Could someone tell me what the different vacuum ports on my '85 IP do? I pulled all the vacuum stuff out and want to start from scratch and keep it simple. I understand the ALDA, but why the two connections on it? I can eliminate one, right? Which is the shutoff? I have a diagram, but it doesn't show everything and it certainly doesn't tell me what I can remove.

B is boost from manifold
E is shutoff valve i think (not sure where it goes.
C is vac vent from cabin
D is either from the main vac line or to the trans cant remember.
